Jelly Viagra: A new drugmaker in the battle against erectile dysfunction.

The US pharmaceutical company Mylan has been slapped with a notice that it would begin selling its erectile dysfunction treatment in the United Kingdom and other European countries in the near future.
Mylan has been working closely with the European Commission and the Government of Great Britain to develop a treatment for the condition.
Mylan’s patent on Viagra, which it has filed with the EU in November, expires in 2017 and the drugmaker is forced to launch its version sooner. As of April 2023, a patent on the pill has expired in the UK, meaning the drugmaker is allowed to sell the treatment without a license.
The drugmaker has said it has ‘agreed to pay for any delay to its plans,’ with Viagra being a ‘very attractive product’.
A report by the British impotence agency found that the drugmaker has been trying to avoid competition from cheaper generics to get the treatment that is expected to be approved in the US by the end of 2025.
Viagra will be a cheaper alternative to its older competitor, Cialis, which has been on the market for many years.
Mylan has also been looking for alternative treatments for the condition.
It will be launched in the UK and is due to start selling in the US in the spring of 2025.
“We’ve been working closely with the regulatory authorities and our team to ensure that we can get the treatment that we’re proud to offer.”
The company will also be offering free trial packs of its new product, which will cost £4 per pill, which is available to buy from pharmacies and retailers and be priced at £1.99 per pill.
A spokeswoman for Mylan said: ‘We are pleased with the way the UK company has responded to our challenges in the past.
‘Mylan will continue to work with the EU Commission and the Government of Great Britain to develop a treatment for the condition and to ensure that it offers the best possible treatment for erectile dysfunction,’ she added.
Mylan will be launching its treatment in the UK by the end of the year.
Mylan has been seeking approval to launch its new treatment in the US by the end of next year.
A spokeswoman for Mylan said: ‘We have been working with the European Commission and the Government of Great Britain to develop a treatment for the condition.’
‘We are confident that our treatment for erectile dysfunction will be a profitable product.’
The drugmaker said the approval will apply to a private agreement with Pfizer and will include a ‘small fee’ of £6.50 for each pack of four tablets. Viagra is the only drug authorized by the US government to carry a patent on its form of medication.
